Grievance and Complaint Procedures

Any feedback from you (positive or negative) is very important to us. Any grievance or complaints are dealt with in an expedient effective manner.

Complaints can be dealt with through any of the following avenues:

  • Your Hospice Provider
  • Your Hospice Source Service Technician that has delivered the equipment to you.
  • If you wish to speak to your local Hospice Source Site Manager, please call Hospice Source directly at: 1-800-299-9277 or your Hospice Provider.
